What are your weaknesses?

Ever wondered why does any interviewer ask the candidate to tell about weaknesses. this is the trickiest question.

The interviewer wants to know are you aware of your weaknesses because he/ she wants to know are you working on them or not.

Face trouble in asking for help
I can not say “NO” easily
Ging too much depth of any concept
Urging too much to complete work gets done before the deadline
Maintaining work and life together is quite difficult, I am working on it.
Sometimes I feel a lack of confidence, though I motivate myself and quickstart work.

Do not use words like hmmmmm haan and you know while speaking
