Ingredients
- Chana dal – 1 cup.
- water 6 – cups.
- oil – 2 tsp.
- Zeera (cumin ) – 2 tsp.
- Green chilli slits – 3.
- Curry leaves – 10.
- Chopped onion – 1 medium.
- Turmeric powder (Haldi) – 1 tsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
- Smashed ginger – 1 tsp.
- Smashed garlicĀ – 1 tsp.
- Garama masala – 1 tsp.
- Dhaniya powder – 1 tsp.
- Zeera powder – 1 tsp.
- Chopped Tomato – 1 big.
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp.
- Chopped coriander – 1/2 cup.
