- 1 to spoon honey
- 1/2 spoon peppermint oil (pudina oil)
Procedure :
Take out the juice of 3 to 4 lemons in a small bowl, add one to two spoons of honey to it and add 1/2 spoon of peppermint oil and mix it and drink it whenever you feel like smoking.
