For Manchurian.
- Oil – 2 tsp.
- Chopped onion – 1 cup for Manchuria.
- Chopped Tomato – 2 big.
- Haldi (Turmeric powder) – 1 tsp.
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
- Chopped coriander – 1/4 cup.
